Resolution regarding new signatories of bank account of association

RESOLUTION

 

            As the newly elected Executive Committee of Association has taken charge, it is resolved that transactions in the Current Account of the Association bearing No. 30088989779 and Fixed Deposit No. 3016539004  maintained with the State Bank of India, Chowk Bazar, Surat will be operated by the newly elected body.

 

2.         It is therefore resolved that Shri Ved Prakash Meena, Shri Maya Shanker Prabhat and Shri Rajesh Mendiratta, whose specimen signatures are given below are hereby authorized to operate and sign the said bank accounts. The signature of any two of the above mentioned persons will be required for operating the account.

3.         It is also resolved to omit names of the following signatories from the above stated bank account/FD : Names to be omitted – (i) Naval Kishor Somani, (ii) Mehul Shah and (iii) Himanshu Shah.
